This System is provided for educational and non-commercial purposes only. TT IT Group created this System with the intention of helping students study, practice, and improve their learning outcomes.

Users may not resell, rent, license, or commercially distribute this System or its content without written permission.

3. User Accounts

• Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Password sharing is prohibited.
• Administrators may suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.
• Users should provide accurate information when using the System.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Students should complete lessons and exams honestly.
• Students should not share exam questions or answers with others.
• Students should respect teachers, classmates, and system rules.

5. Teacher Responsibilities

7. Educational Content

Lessons, questions, exams, explanations, images, audio, video, and files are intended for educational use. Content should be accurate, respectful, and appropriate for students.

The System may include learning materials created by teachers or administrators. Users should verify important information with qualified instructors, textbooks, or official educational resources.

8. Intellectual Property

All lessons, examinations, images, videos, documents, and software remain the property of their respective owners. Users must not upload or distribute copyrighted material unless they have permission or the use is legally allowed for educational purposes.

9. Privacy

Personal information is used only for educational purposes, account management, learning progress, exam results, reporting, and system administration.

TT IT Group does not intend to sell student data or use student information for commercial advertising.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the System.
• Cheating during examinations.
• Sharing login credentials with others.
• Uploading malicious software or harmful files.
• Distributing copyrighted materials illegally.
• Using the System for harassment, abuse, or inappropriate content.
• Using the System for commercial resale or unauthorized profit.

11. System Availability

The System may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting problems, or unexpected outages. TT IT Group will make reasonable efforts to keep the System available, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

12. Disclaimer

This System is provided "AS IS" for educational support. TT IT Group does not guarantee that the System will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every educational situation.

The System does not replace professional instruction, official school requirements, licensed educational guidance, or institutional policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TT IT Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this System.
